CHARACTERISTIC

• K2083 is a martensitic stainless steel with a high hardenabilty (good wear resistance) excellent resistance to cold atmosheric corrosion good resistance to hot oxidation (around 600 ํC) good polishability and stability in hardening

APPLICATION

• High class plastic mold, especially for moulding of corrosive materials, e.q. PVC,acetates and for moulds subjected to humid working conditions and high surface finish such as camera and optical part.

•  SUS440C ESR is a martensitic stainless steel with a high hardness up to 60 HRC (good wear resistance) excellent resistance to cold atmosheric corrosion good resistance to hot oxidation (around 600oC) good polishability and stability in hardening

APPLICATION

•  Tools and equipments in corrosion resistance application such as roller for can sealing, punch & die in electronics industry, no rusty knifes.

CHARACTERISTIC

•  2316 is a pre-hardened martensitic stainless steel hardness 30 HRC with 16.5% Chromium make itexcellent corrosion resistance in all condition event high temperature up to 600 ํC.

APPLICATION

•  PVC pipe fitting injection mold, plastic extrusion die, packaging blow mold, hot runner plate system, corrosive mold base.
