CHARACTERISTIC

  • K2083 is a martensitic stainless steel with a high hardenabilty (good wear resistance) excellent resistance to cold atmosheric corrosion good resistance to hot oxidation (around 600oC) good polishability and stability in hardening

APPLICATION

  • High class plastic mold, especially for moulding of corrosive materials, e.q. PVC,acetates and for moulds subjected to humid working conditions and high surface finish such as camera and optical part.
